Appeals Experience
Our attorneys have experience representing clients in a wide variety of legal issues presented on appeal from trial courts. We have practiced before the Supreme Court and Court of Appeals of Arkansas, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.
Two of our attorneys are contributing authors to Handling Appeals in Arkansas, a publication of the Arkansas Bar Association relied upon by attorneys throughout the state.
Our attorneys have been involved in many reported cases on behalf of both appellants and appellees. Samples of our appellate briefs are available upon request.
