Ashley Lax Sineath practices primarily in estate planning, tax planning, and business transactions.  Ashley graduated summa cum laude from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University and ranked first in her graduating class.

While at Cumberland she received the Jere F. White Jr. Fellowship, a three-year fellowship given to one student per class for demonstrated leadership and service.  She was also the Online Research Editor for the Cumberland Law Review, a member of the James Edwin J. Horton Inn of Court, and a Caruthers Fellow assisting first year students with legal writing.  During her time at Cumberland, she received twelve scholar merit awards for Civil Procedure I, Civil Procedure II, Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure I, Conflicts of Law, Contracts II, Estate Planning, Evidence, Legal Process, Real Property, Torts, and Wills, Trusts and Estates.

Ashley graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Davidson College where she was also a member of the women's basketball team, and later received her Masters in Public Health from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.  She is a member of the Arkansas Bar and a native of Little Rock.  Ashley enjoys spending the majority of her free time with her husband Phil, and two children Nora Kate and Eli.
