Tami Threet practices in the areas of estate planning, probate, taxation, commercial transactions and corporate law. In addition to advising clients with respect to estate planning, Tami regularly represents clients in connection with business transactions, including the sale and purchase of businesses, agreements among business owners and lending transactions.

 

Tami graduated from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock Bowen School of Law in 2004 with honors where she served as Assistant Research Editor and Assistant Editor-in-Chief for the UALR Law Review and was awarded the Ruth Brunson Award for Law Review Apprentice of the Year in 2002.

 

Tami graduated with honors from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and has held her license as a Certified Public Accountant (Inactive) since 1999.

 

Prior to the practice of law, Tami worked in public and private accounting for six years in both the areas of audit and tax. Tami is a member of the Arkansas Bar Association.
