The firm's litigation and foreclosure practice group handles a wide variety of cases in all aspects of civil and commercial litigation, at both the trial and appellate level. Our attorneys have also represented financial institutions, including many of the state's largest banks, and other lenders in the foreclosure of hundreds of mortgages against real estate located throughout Arkansas.
All five members of the firm's tax, estate planning and business transactions have advanced law degrees in the area of taxation, and two are certified public accountants (inactive status).
